To keep the attention and interest of consumers during friendship month, the most important month for Poker,the brand created an experiential content platform via WhatsApp. Using 14 bots – each representing a friend personality – Poker shared more than 6,000 pieces of content in 30 days, from funny jokes to recipes and event invitations. The brand designed a hierarchical pyramid of content divided in three: hero films, hub videos & content, and snack messages on WhatsApp. The campaign humanized the way Poker connected with its consumers, and built a huge audience on a previously hard-to-crack platform.
