Despite the difficult reality of being stuck at home, people still wanted to have fun during Covid. So how could we keep connecting with consumers and create emotional value in a context in which live experiences were impossible? We digitalized our sertanejo platform, giving us unique opportunity to connect Brahma to the whole country through the favorite national music genre right when it was needed the most. But it wasn’t just music that people wanted, but the feeling of being out there and having fun. So we used the platform of Sertanejo to deliver entertainment as a whole – in the form of live shows, music, conversation, and more.
